Founder, Orange2Green

Sreedhar brings more than 24 years of experience in skill development, livelihood programs and social-sector initiatives, with more than 13 years dedicated to empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).

  • Began as a computer faculty and IT trainer, working in education and technology
  • Leadership across training, operations, program management and regional operations
  • PwD skill development and placement programs across multiple states
  • Enabled employment opportunities across Retail, E-commerce, Hospitality, IT and ITES
  • Worked with employers, NGOs, government departments, CSR organizations and funding agencies
