Why We Exist
Inclusion requires more than awareness. It requires action.
After years of working at the intersection of skills, employment, disability inclusion, technology and organizational development, our founder recognized a gap. Good intentions were common. Practical pathways were not.
Inclusion needs accessible environments, trained people, sensitized employers, relevant skills, strong partnerships and pathways that connect individuals to real opportunities. That belief became the foundation for Orange2Green.
We work primarily with Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), underserved communities, educational institutions, organizations and employers to create meaningful pathways toward education, skill development, employment, accessibility and sustainable livelihoods.
