About the Service

Overview

Our PWD sensitization programs help employees, students, institutions and communities understand disability from an inclusion, human-rights, accessibility and dignity perspective.

Participants learn how to communicate respectfully, recognize everyday barriers and build teams where persons with disabilities participate as equals.

Why It Matters

Most barriers are not physical

Unfamiliarity, awkwardness and assumptions often stop people from including colleagues, students or customers with disabilities. Sensitization replaces uncertainty with understanding and practical skills.
